  I recently had my entire first floor redone with engineered bamboo. The guys in the store answered my MANY questions and kept me informed on each step of this process. Joel and his crew did a fantastic job! They came in with a good quote and did great work (got there at 8am and were done by 3pm having only taken a lunch break). The detail they put into the finishing touches completely impressed me! Not only did they clean up everything afterwards but they asked me for clarification on any design questions as they were installing the floor. They also were originally planning on taking up the vinyl floor in my living room but were able to install the floor on top. Since I had already paid for the labor on the vinyl removal, Joel immediately submitted a refund. I only had to ask once! No hassle! I HIGHLY recommend them.

  In 2011, my mother-in-law had a stroke. While she was in the hospital, her home was hit by Hurricane Irene. My husband worked tirelessly to repair her home and rid it of the mold that settled in. Once Trevor found out about the situation, he brought a crew of 3-4 guys and volunteered their time, effort, and craftsmanship to help repair her home to code. He was one of the only people to show up and help in this time. I am forever grateful for this show of professionalism and compassion. He is and will be the only person I will call for any type of flooring job I need in the future. Trevor White and White's Flooring use great care in selecting their materials for the job and will always make sure the customer is satisfied! I can't wait for hardwood floors to be installed in our new home!
