  I was shopping for an office chair the other day. There were two of us there looking (we were not related). Staples staff approached the other individual and provided assistance and service. Not one associate approached me and I was there for a while. I looked around the store. They weren't busy. Associates were standing around talking to one another. Not one person approached me to help. The other individual was pretty and in business attire. I am not pretty and shopping on my day off, so I was in casual attire. Not one person helped me.
