  Made appointment to replace iPhone battery and told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When left phone, I was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When I came back after 1 1/2 hours it wasn't ready and had to wait an additional hour. Also not told that the face protector would have to be removed to change the battery. The display protector when replaced had lint under the glass and really large bubble under bottom right corner. Now I'm going to have to pay to have the glass display protector replaced. Hope the battery works okay but the experience was not what is expected from a certified Apple agent.

  My phone had to be sent to apple for repair. University PC care called me about a week later and said it was ready to be picked up. I’m not tech savvy and I really only know the basics with my phone, the staff stayed with me past closing time to make sure my phone was restored back to how I left it with them, they were very knowledgeable and open to help with any of my questions! Thanks again to them for making this process easier for me!
