  The photo department Here is terrible. Although the staff is relatively nice and helpful nothing ever goes right when I get photos from there. I don’t know if people just abuse the hell out of the equipment or what but nothing works most of the time. My online orders come out pixelated and ugly. I get all 135 of my photos edited and in my cart and Bam! They disappear. 2 hrs of my life wasted. The kiosk cords for phone downloads are broke. 3 out of the 3 machines for same day prints are broke and only the instant print is working. The one time the machines work like they should, the main printer goes down. I can’t win at this place. Every time it is something different. I’ve been trying for a month when my schedule allows to get these printed and in the mail but it hasn’t happened yet. I’d rather pay more at another photo lab and know that my photos will be done. You should do the same. Competitors do have coupons regularly that make prices very comparable and I will be taking advantage of that from now on. The store as a whole serves its purpose. I can find everything and checkout usually isn’t a problem.
